To understand the core needs of academies, parents, and students, we conducted a survey with a larger user group. The goal was to collect measurable insights on attendance tracking, fee payment, communication, and class management. The data helped us identify which features are most valued and where the current pain points exist.
Through direct conversations and interviews with academy owners, coaches, students, and parents, we uncovered deeper insights into their real challenges and expectations.

Designed micro-moments of delight (success animations, celebratory colors on score updates) to tap into positive reinforcement, making repetitive admin tasks feel rewarding.

Payment flows and attendance logs are designed with instant feedback and visible audit trails so parents and admins feel reassured no hidden steps.
